Beginning on 03/23, please use the Cherwell ticketing system to request classroom assistance. Due to decreased on-site staffing, for the duration of Condition 1, Classroom Support is suspending our 10 minute resolution time and implementing a two-hour response time for tickets received between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday.
